and desktop X-ray diffractometers
developed in IRO
The X-ray
diffractometers presented in this site are portable or desktop x-ray
diffractometers. Some of this X-ray diffractometers are developed for
solids, and some of x-ray diffractometers are for powders.
If x-ray
diffractometer needs,
the X-ray spectrometry channel is presented for
elemental analysis.
All presented X-ray diffractometers are based on Kumakhov capillary
optics. The X-ray diffractometers like this can be used in
